1. Flavors & Fragrances
Food flavoring agent: Fruity (apple-like) aroma, used in beverages, confectionery, bakery, and tobacco flavors.

2. Green Solvent
Low-toxic, biodegradable solvent for coatings, paints, adhesives, and cleaning agents.
Solubilizes polar/nonpolar compounds; replaces petroleum-based solvents.
Used in pharmaceutical API synthesis and drug formulation (enhances solubility).

3. Biofuel & Fuel Additive 
Oxygenated diesel additive: Improves cetane number, lubricity, and combustion efficiency; reduces emissions/soot.
